500 HR RYT, RPYT, Behold the Barre Certified, Reiki & Thai Massage
After teaching yoga part time for 3 years Kristin replaced fear with faith and made the transition to teaching yoga full time in 2014. Now that she is following her dreams, her goal is to inspire others to do the same.
Kristin recently received her 500 hour YTT accreditation from Maka Movement, co-leads Yoga Teacher Training at M. Power yoga studio in addition to other workshops and retreats throughout the year. Kristin enjoys the energy of a public class but feels drawn to a deeper understanding of her clients energy bodies through one on one sessions.
When not immersed in teaching Kristin enjoys gardening with her partner Jack, essential oil blending, ayurvedic cooking, enjoying music and learning to play the ukulele.
I'm excited to announce that I have become certified by NASM to be a personal trainer! Weight training has saved my yoga practice, helped me become stronger, lose weight and feel more confident. I'm excited to start a training program with you and see what we can achieve together!

One of my favorite parts to the vinyasa practice is choreography of transitions between poses. The journey between spaces can feel awkward and uncomfortable at times but when broken down and examined with control and breath can lead to phenomenal breakthroughs in your practice. From simple to complex, we'll explore many variations and approaches to tranistions in a vinyasa practice.
